February 19, 2003

Through the miracle of telepresence, I am both working in the office and painting walls a lovely shade of Calabash.

But I can only do so much, so posting will be light and airy today, like meringue.

In the meantime, if you've got a broadband connection, an appropriate version of Flash, some time to kill, and an appreciation for stoned animators with poor dialect skills, go here.

[I should probably also mention that portions of that site involve hamsters and various kitchen appliances. --IW]

so your walls- are they like, greenish yellow now?

I had no idea what a calabash was (although it did sound vaguely tropical) so thanks to your post, today I 'googlelearned' something new.

And folks say I waste my time on the internet. Huh.

I didn't get to the see flash animation thing, though.

Those must be mutant calabash. Our Calabash--taken driectly from Nature--is a pleasant, mildly sunny yellow.

Oh, OK.. anyway the green color looked pretty, too. :o)

(Remember botany is not my strong suit, if you recall the zumpkin.)
