April 01, 2003

There will be some mucking about with categories and archives and such for the next few days, so don't fret. If it's broke, it will be fixed soon.

You are breaking RULE #1: If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

Just because it's Spring...ack...everyone is 'making a few changes' on their blogs!

Nah, I'm just really dissatisfied with how I've categorized all my posts...too many categories, too complicated. Plus, there's currently no easily accessible place to put my longer essay-type bits. And I never liked those buttons on the left, there...they're all bitmappy and such. So I've got some better ones.

I also want to kill the Serials section, because it didn't prove to be the motivation I'd hoped, and now I've got seven episodes just hanging around for no reason, with no urge to continue writing more.

The layout, look and feel will stay basically the same; it'll just be a little more organized. I hope.

Besides: there's still snow on the ground at my house. I see no steenking Spring!

MB's Den just lost the last of the snow...FINALLY...the mud is "shaping up" nicely...and the stupid daffodils have put up leaves. It MUST be Spring!

BTW, all that you mentioned above does really make sense, drat it.
