Maybe this is the funny....lessee here...a 350-pound fat man high on PCP, cocaine, and White Castle cheeseburgers...beaten in the lower torso by police...dies...coroner calls death a homicide, but says this "should not be interpreted as implying inappropriate behavior or the use of excessive force by police..."
